⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly wonderful stay! B&B Savoia is beautiful, meticulously cared for and tastefully furnished. The rooms are spotless, welcoming and especially comfortable: you feel at home right away. A special note goes to the lady who welcomed us: an exceptional, friendly, kind person always ready to help. Her warmth made the stay even more enjoyable. It was a truly beautiful experience and we will definitely come back with great pleasure. Highly recommended! ❤️

“Esperienza orribile, proprietaria incivile e aggressiva.”

The place was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and its location was convenient, close to the historic centre with free parking nearby. Breakfast was plentiful and of great quality, and a fridge with always fresh water was provided. The breakfast and cleaning staff were extremely kind and very helpful. When I arrived, I discovered that the room’s bathroom was external, and to reach it one has to walk through the breakfast lounge with all other guests; the bathroom is right next to it and any noise is clearly audible to everyone. I pointed this out immediately, but was told it was mentioned in the description (which is not true), so I reported it to Booking so future guests would know what type of room they were getting (for some an external bathroom is fine, for others it isn’t, you just need to know). At that point the owner called me on her personal number, didn’t even let me speak, and verbally attacked and insulted me so violently that I had to record the call for fear of retaliation. She told me to leave her property, which I eventually requested through Booking, but the “kind” lady wouldn’t grant me a cancellation (I would have preferred to sleep in my car, but I didn’t want to lose 120 € for a mistake that wasn’t mine). So I waited until midnight, not knowing whether I should leave or not, and spent a terrible night. The next morning she found me outside the room staring at me but said nothing. I have never met someone so arrogant and rude.

Good value for money. The apartment was fairly spacious and clean. The only downsides were the lack of a bidet, limited natural light, and the breakfast.

“Di passaggio per una notte…”

The staff were friendly, the rooms were well furnished and everything was tidy. The downside was that the room had a separate bathroom that required passing through the kitchen to reach, and the breakfast was just barely adequate.
