The property had no lift facilities, so my guest couldn’t climb the stairs as advised by a doctor; the request for free cancellation was denied, I had to pay without staying, and I expect an immediate refund.

The room was spotless and the staff were friendly, but the AC remote kept misbehaving, though it didn't bother me.
