The rooms were just average – the shower faucet dripped and did nothing fancy – but the real problem was the service. After a noon arrival we waited in two lines, then spent about 40 minutes with Elina at the front desk who gave us no info on breakfast or the ski‑park cable car, and hardly anyone spoke English. When we finally got the suite at 3 p.m. the second room was still being cleaned, so we hauled our own bags, and later stood another 40 minutes to sort out the cable‑car tickets.
