The hostel sits in an optimal spot in the city center, it’s an older building but the bed was very comfortable, the rooms and the shared bathrooms were clean, and check‑in is possible at any time. The shared bathrooms could use a renovation in some areas, the rooms near the windows could use a fresh coat of paint, and it would be nice to have a towel placed for the stay.

The single room was pleasantly sized and the bed was 120 cm wide. The room and bedding were clean and tidy. It had its own mirror and sink, so I didn’t have to go to the shared bathroom. Towels were provided by the hotel. The bathroom was shared but a lockable private area, so there were no adjacent toilet or shower stalls—just a personal wash space. A washing machine and dryer were available in the bathroom. The kitchen looked good, and the shared fridge kept my own food in order. The location was a plus: right in the city centre with everything nearby. The downside was the nearby night club that stays open late; during weekend peak hours the exiting guests shouted and screamed on the street, sometimes loud enough to hear in my room even with the window closed. I never met any staff, so it was hard to judge them.
