“A quiet residence but close to the Sassi.”

The location was spot on as we knew. 60m from the northern end of the Sassi and only 5mins from Piazza Vittorio Veneto. And the Cremeria Dell Angelo (next to San Francesco Da Paola on XX Settembre). The area was quiet as it's inside the ZTL. We picked this residence because it was close to our friends apartment but we were very happy with our room and would definitely stay there again. The main door was a little loud when it shut to. But it only disturbed us once during our stay but it was only around 22.00

The architecture and furnishings are very beautiful. The staff are very kind, and the location is central. Candles, Alexa, herbal tea, coffee… and an app for guests with a map of Matera and other tips. It’s clear the owners rent with passion for detail. Thank you, a place to recommend.

It was super cheap just a stone’s throw from the old stones. The apartment was beautiful, clean, modern and authentic.

Right beside the best view of Matera and with easy access to the main train station, I’d highly recommend it for its interior design, location and price.
