The experience was great. The facilities are very complete and the atmosphere is very welcoming; the service was good at all times. The staff are very friendly and always ready to give local recommendations. Highly recommended for its value for money, location and comfort.

“Un hotel como ningun otro!”

The stay at the Hotel Arqueologico de San Agustin was simply incredible! The place itself is unique, even has a badminton court, football, a kiosk library, children's games and an impressive dining hall. Breakfast is delicious, plenty for a big eater, and the rooms are super comfortable! The best part was the staff, especially Doña Gloria, a lovely person who treated us like family and helped us make our arroz con leche, which turned out great thanks to her. “Hotel descuidado”

The only positive was how close it is to the village, making walking easy. We stayed in two rooms and experienced the same issues in both: the toilets clogged and water drained away, the Wi‑Fi was poor, there was no TV, the floor was broken throughout, and the second room’s door wouldn’t close properly.
