The location was convenient. The price was too high for the type of room, and there was no phone for room service.

The location was fine. There were too many spiders in the room (I’m not sure if that counts as poor hygiene, but it was a pest problem), and spiders appeared in the jacuzzi and on the bed. The lights went out twice and no one answered, and we couldn’t get hot water for the shower or the jacuzzi; when we reported it, they ignored us. The Wi‑Fi signal was terrible.

The view was excellent, but the breakfast that comes with the stay was slow and the staff were very slow.
