The location is excellent, the grounds and pool are lovely, and the Finca layout is very good; we enjoyed the stay. The sun loungers are worn out and need replacement, the fridge no longer cools properly and should be upgraded, and the bathroom in the annex doesn’t match the rest of the building.

Everything was fine. The pool was not heated.

The location was spot‑on and suited our needs perfectly; the rooms were tidy and cozy, and the pool was fantastic. However, we were a bit let down when we saw that the glass door from the kitchen was damaged and one toilet seat was broken—nothing was mentioned beforehand, and we weren’t told when replacements would arrive.

The pool and the building were great, but none of the rooms had air conditioning.
