The staff spoke poor English and were not welcoming; they took you to reception, told you to sit down, and explained nothing about what was happening. They also charge 25 JOD if you don’t do any of their activities, and they only warn you of that after you book the room, so be careful. They were not friendly when telling us that information, and if they had been, we would not have been so dissatisfied. The food was not very good, and the price wasn’t really fair. I would recommend bringing your own food because you leave your rented car far away from the actual location; you need to hop on one of their trucks to access the accommodation and then you feel kind of stuck there because they didn’t even tell us when we could go back to our car. They were also late to pick us up for checkout, as well as for the actual breakfast time that we asked for the day before. Shower pressure/temperature was terrible as well; outlets were hardly working; the room was not fully clean. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would NOT recommend booking this place.

But what really made it special was the warm hospitality and kindness of the staff. They made us feel so welcome and comfortable, and the dinner from the underground restaurant was just incredible. The sandboarding trip before sunset was also an unforgettable experience. I didn't want to leave!
