The hostel has great potential—the pods and overall setup are amazing, and the staff were fantastic, especially Rhys who provided top‑quality service. However, the amenities were filthy, the charge points in the pods didn’t work, and the fire alarm randomly sounded in my pod at 1:30 am, waking me up.

The location is great, and there were no problems.

The location is close to everything: tram, bus stop, Broadwater, and eateries, but the pillows need improvement and the hotel below can be noisy.
