The room is very spacious, clean, and well equipped; the staff are attentive and very helpful, and the location is ideal thanks to the many nearby public transport options, while the shared bathroom is very clean. The only drawback is that the breakfast was too sweet for my taste and lacked variety, though the kitchen is charming.

The place is impeccably clean and the room very welcoming; Mr Gilberto was extremely courteous and exceptionally available for every need, and in the morning I found a great breakfast to start the day well, highly recommended!

There is a bus and tram stop very closeby and the train station is a 5-minute tram ride away. The room had air-conditioning, the shared bathroom was very clean and the kitchen had all your basic necessities. Breakfast is basic but enough to get you started with your day (cornflakes, coffee, juice, croissant, biscuits and fruit). Communication with the host was very swift and friendly. They were eager to help out when I had questions and were overall just very friendly. I would highly recommend staying here

“A spotless, stylish and welcoming place with excellent facilities and easy access to the city centre.”

A beautifully decorated room that perfectly blends classic and modern styles, with a small art exhibition reflecting the name of the property. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and of excellent quality. There was also a kitchen available 24 hours a day, with unlimited fruit and drinks. The only slight drawback is its distance from the city centre, but the tram and bus stops right next to the property make getting there very easy.
