The staff welcomed us warmly and were helpful. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was generous and tasty. I had trouble figuring out how to access apps on the TV.

I stayed in a ground‑floor room that offered plenty of space, and the bed was so comfortable I barely wanted to leave. The full English breakfast was excellent, and Darren was very attentive. The hotel was very busy, so parking was a challenge since there’s no car park, but the walk back was short.

A warm welcome came from Angie and Darren at the pub; they went above and beyond, making everything feel effortless. Nothing could have been better.
