The staff were attentive, very friendly, and helpful; breakfast was plentiful and very nice, and the location made it easy to get into Oxford with buses right at the doorstep or accessible Ubers—nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find; the room is spacious with very comfortable beds, the whole hotel is clean, and the staff—especially the young lady at the reception—are extremely friendly and competent.

The staff were absolutely lovely, but the breakfast could use improvement; sausages were boiled instead of grilled, and there was a lack of fresh fruit despite budget limits.

We had a great stay! Check-in was easy and smooth, and free parking was available. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of options, including omelettes, pork sausages, vegan sausages, fried potatoes, baked beans, juices, tea, a wide selection of desserts, and even a waffle-making station. The hotel also has a gym. Although it is quite small, it is great for a quick workout or a morning warm-up. Nothing major to complain about. Everything was good during our stay
