The personalized welcome was outstanding, warm and caring. Staff were helpful and smiling. Room equipment was good quality and the place was clean. The concierge luggage service was very convenient. Nothing else to mention.

The spot was convenient, close to the metro. The room was dim, with only one light on the ceiling and very cramped. We couldn’t open our suitcases. There was no freezer or plug in the bathroom. The elevator opens right onto the stairs between two floors, making it hard to move luggage up or down.

A quiet spot with no traffic noise on that avenue, which was great.

The location was great, just a few meters from a metro stop, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and polite. We expected the Superior room to be bigger than the Classic double (11τμ). The rooms need renovation, as their condition undermines the cleanliness that was once evident. Breakfast could also offer a slightly wider range of options.
