Location, cleanliness, and maintenance were excellent.

The accommodation was fine, the room clean, the bathroom in good shape, and it was a perfect spot for a transit stay. The front‑desk lady gave a great tip on where to have dinner (Shell gas station, surprisingly good food with courteous service). She didn’t speak English, but we understood each other.

The green‑and‑bamboo colour scheme gave it a clear identity and personality, clearly a deliberate design rather than random décor. It feels like a family‑run project they’re proud of. Brenda at the front desk was very kind and professional. Our room with two single beds was simple yet flawless, with comfortable beds, good air‑conditioning, a clean bathroom and fresh white linens, and everything worked perfectly. There’s also a spacious private parking lot on the premises, which is a big plus. The pool area was tidy and well kept. I have no complaints – everything was done right at each stage of my stay.

My partner and I had an amazing stay here, Belén at reception was incredible, she helped us with everything we needed. They upgraded us to the best room in the hotel, right above the pool, which was stunning and had everything we needed, plus it was super clean and tidy. The pool is a dream! We highly recommend this hotel in Chepes and the surrounding area.
