The staff were super helpful and I had no issues communicating with them before check-in and during my stay.
The location and facilities here are great, with a really nice design.
The pool is amazing and felt like a different world.
The food was also pretty nice.

“Decent staff, but room was a disaster”
I had mixed feelings about my stay here - the staff were really respectful of my privacy, which was great, but the room was a total mess and the furniture was ancient. I mean, I've seen better-maintained places that aren't even hotels. The cleanliness was pretty bad, and it's clear they need to do some serious updating. Still, the staff were friendly, so that's something.
“Ridiculous charges for visitors”
I was really put off by the fact that they charge you for your guests to visit - 300 dhs per person is outrageous. I get that hotels have to make money, but that feels like a serious rip-off. I don't think it's fair to penalize guests for having friends or family come over.
“Pool was a total mess”
Unfortunately, my stay was pretty ruined by the state of the pool - it was dirty and there were bees everywhere. I mean, I've seen cleaner pools at a kid's birthday party. Not exactly the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.
“Some nice moments, but maintenance was a issue”
I loved the vibe of this place - the staff were super helpful, the pool area was clean and simple, and the nighttime movie under the stars was a really cool experience. But, there were some major maintenance issues. My room door lock was wonky and the bathroom handle was broken. And the SPA was a letdown - I paid 200 AED and only the salt room worked, not the sauna or tropical showers. Plus, the view from my retreat wasn't great, with a street on one side and a murky desert view on the other.
“Chill vibe, but some spa issues”
I found the atmosphere here to be super calm and relaxing, which was exactly what I needed. However, I did notice that some of the shower stuff in the Spa wasn't working properly. Not a huge deal, but still a bit of a bummer.
