Walking ten minutes gets you to Registan Square, a few more minutes to Bibi Hanaum Mosque; the area has many supermarkets and restaurants, so the value for the location is high. Breakfast staples change daily and taste good; staff are friendly. My room faced the interior, had no lock on the window, so anyone could walk in when opened. When closed it was very stuffy, but a fan was provided. It’s not recommended to book an interior window room in summer.

The location is very convenient, the host is pleasant. Rooms are small but comfortable, with all necessities: clean towels, shower gel, toothpaste, etc. There’s a hair dryer, ironing, and laundry. Breakfast is included, and at check‑in you’re offered tea and various treats. The guesthouse is in a true mahalla in the city center—just 15 minutes to Registan Square, and another 15 minutes to the Shah‑Zinda mausoleum complex; Bibi Hanaum Mosque is also within walking distance. Everything was liked!

The hotel is really nice and sits less than 10 minutes from Registan Square; the staff were very friendly and the ladies kept offering us hot tea or coffee whenever we passed the reception. Breakfast was excellent, but the room never got cleaned during our three‑night stay.

Comfortable beds and large bathroom, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Excellent location. The room only had a small window so barely any day light. There was also a window facing the indoor stairs so light came through at night
