Great location, good breakfast, and the staff were welcoming and helpful; there was a bit of building noise from outside, noticeable early on but not a major issue.

Good hotel in the central area with many nearby venues, though a bit noisy. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, credit cards are not accepted, and knowing the high fees, the site should warn that only cash is accepted.

The hotel looked spotless, but the receptionist's attitude was a different story. I asked for a VAT invoice, but she claimed the hotel only releases them to businesses, which seemed like a pretty dodgy policy. I had to ask her three times to confirm, and even then, she still wouldn't budge. It was a pretty frustrating experience.
