The room reeked and opening the window did nothing to clear the smell, the sheets didn’t look clean, and the broken elevator forced us to use a narrow staircase to go up and down.

The location was fine, but they handed me a room that wasn’t cleaned, the air‑con was broken, the window was open and couldn’t lock.
