Located in the old Medina, this typical Moroccan guest house is just 10 minutes from Essaouira beach. It features a gallery with local artwork, and offers rooms with a private bathroom. The spot is great, right next to the walls, and the breakfast is hearty and tasty; the staff, especially the housekeeping, are very friendly every day.

The riad is pretty lovely and the staff are helpful, though it’s a shame the terrace is under renovation, but it’s not a big deal.

The location is very convenient, only a few minutes on foot from the medina, and the breakfast is plentiful and good; the staff aren’t very attentive to needs and seem indifferent, the room’s windows face only the inside so there’s no airflow, and there’s no air‑conditioning or fan.

The breakfast was good, I liked the location near the sea fortifications but still central to the town, and the staff were very friendly and super helpful; the room was clean but not perfect, the bathroom is a bit cramped and the shower feels a bit basic.
