The location was good, but every time I entered the room the key had to be opened again.

The team was pleasant and helpful, and they moved me to another room when I asked, yet the bed was extremely hard and still uncomfortable after the change, and there was a lot of noise coming from outside.

“Worst hotel ever, DO NOT STAY HERE, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!”

Nothing good. The bed was extremely hard and impossible to sleep on, there was absolutely no soundproofing, the walls were glass and paper so you could hear the street and neighbors clearly, the mugs had chipped sides and were unusable, the ceiling had severe water damage, there was a hole in the wall letting water in, the bathroom had bad mold and a sunken floor with a semen odor, the rooms didn't match the description at all, everything was very different from what was advertised, the refrigerator was extremely old and made the loudest noise ever, everything in the room was extremely old and worn out, the closet was literally falling apart and creaked loudly, the Wi‑Fi didn't exist at all, the staff barely spoke English and didn't understand numbers, for a hotel that is very odd, the room was very dirty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time, genuinely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, nothing compares. I didn't sleep a blink because of the hard bed and the absolute lack of noise cancellation.

The room was beautiful, the AC was cool, and the bed was comfortable. The sound from passing cars was not completely muted and was a bit loud.
