The workers tried to be friendly, solve problems, and be visible while the managers were asked to resolve issues, yet the worker ultimately sought a tip. The main pool was not operating and no one mentioned that the hotel was under repair. Because of the weather, the hotel flooded, had no electricity, and the ability to resolve matters for guests was terrible. The rooms we were moved into were dirty and had a damp smell. The rooms had no air conditioning and the elevators did not work due to electrical issues. The room was not handed over until almost 8 p.m. When we asked for help, they said that because we booked through the app they had no responsibility.

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The drinks were cheap, the food was acceptable, the power went out and the hotel had no backup, leaving us without water. They were slow to move us to a room with power and water, which became stressful because the new room’s air‑conditioner didn’t work well. On the last day the food quality and variety dropped, the bars stopped operating, and we couldn’t enjoy the final hours.

The view and the pools were great, but there is no parking.

The food was very tasty and the staff in the dining area were very kind. However, many areas were closed for renovation; the buffet area was under renovation and the pool was moved to a very hot zone where the climate control didn’t work. The room was extremely humid, probably due to the weather.
