The staff was friendly, yet there was no security (the guard had the master key to all rooms), the door key never worked, so I had to go down and up three floors for someone to open my room; the room had no curtain, letting sunlight in at 6 am; breakfast was good but cold, rooms lacked air‑conditioning and TV control, and they decided to put the oven on for sleeping.

La fachada. El desayuno estaba horrible, mezquindad, una salchicha pequeña como que si fue comprada y no que uno pagó su dinero para incluir un desayuno como debia ser, el huevo ni sal tenía, el aire de la habitación no enfrió nunca, el Internet no servía ni se conecta, y 1hora esperando para salir del parqueo, lo único bien fue la señora del servicio super amable ella, la recepcionista ni se inmutaba por buscar los propietarios de los carros que estaban obstaculizando, no hay valet parking ni nadie que pusiera el orden
