Modica Boutique Hotel

My wife and I decided to celebrate our anniversary at this wonderful hotel! The front desk operator welcomed us with great professionalism and answered all our questions and requests thoroughly. The room was spotless and very spacious, the buffet breakfast was excellent and full of delights, the location is strategic, easy to reach, and only a few minutes from the historic centre. We also used the spa with Turkish bath, emotional shower, and sauna. I hope to return as soon as possible. The only flaw I could find is the size of the pool, but it’s still fine for relaxing.

Everything was very nice, relaxing, and the staff at the desk and in the lounge were all available and friendly. Thanks, we will definitely come back.

Spacious room with all comforts. New hotel with many attractions for guests. I really liked that each floor has a water dispenser for free consumption. Nothing to report.

“Un motel plus qu'un hôtel !”

The breakfast was massive—unheard of in Italy both in quality and quantity—the bed was especially comfy, the room spacious, newly built with high‑grade materials, and there was a water dispenser in the hallway. On the downside, the pool was tiny, packed like a thimble and didn’t match the hotel’s class, the underground parking was a nightmare to reach and I nearly lost the rental car’s franchise, the location was never mentioned in the description and the property sits right next to an Esso station and sandwiched between a Conad and a Lidl, right off a busy road that leads straight to Modica and its surroundings, making it feel more like a motel than a holiday hotel; to top it off, Booking guests were charged an extra €20 for a minuscule spa and gym, which felt demeaning, especially when the receptionist delivered the news with a smug smile after we’d already pointed out that our room lacked bath towels.
