The spot is great and the suite was lovely, but the TV downstairs was broken and one wall light kept flickering.

“Tolle Terrasse und sehr freundliches Personal”

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the mattress was very lumpy! And if you want to sleep with the window open, it’s super loud! Because it’s more rural, the traffic is enormous.

The location of the hotel is fine, but there was no prior info about where to pick up the keys, only a note with a phone number that I, as a foreign tourist, couldn’t reach. The room on the first floor had high stairs. The room’s equipment didn’t match the description – no TV, one bedside lamp missing. Cleanliness was only average – dirty windows. Fixed fixtures were partially covered, non‑working, or unsecured, e.g. wall sconces. A visit by a maintenance person who could fix the faults and missing equipment would be useful.

The hotel’s location is very nice, and the room was large and spacious. The staff were also very friendly. Unfortunately there were several serious defects: the bed was very uncomfortable, and two lamps in the room didn’t work. The balcony view faced directly onto a neighboring building’s roof and stacked drink crates. The rooms are extremely sound‑prone, so a restful sleep was almost impossible. There were also many unpleasant insects in the room. The bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained – the shower cabin couldn’t even close properly. A small fridge was also missing in the room.

The room was large and functional, but the breakfast buffet was below average: no scrambled or fried eggs, no fruit salad, no yogurt.
