“I went once but last one”

No hot water in the shower—only lukewarm. The equipment was old and damaged, and I had to reactivate the room key a few times.

“Good”

The room was good and clean, the location very central, and the staff were friendly, especially the lobby staff led by Mutiara who helped us check out. I could have given a perfect 10, but one issue really bothered me at check‑in. After checking in, I first tested the toilet flusher and found it wasn’t working properly or was blocked. I called reception and they sent a technician quickly, but the problem wasn’t fully resolved and the technician said it could break again. I waited more than 3 minutes for the toilet to finish refilling water—a long time for a proper toilet. The staff refused to change my room. I called again about the condition and requested a room change because I didn’t want any risk, but I was told I couldn’t change rooms because the technician was already repairing it… I could only get a new room if it broke again (??). In the end, they changed my room after I walked to the lobby, and I don’t understand why the hotel required an additional issue for a room change when there was already evidence of a malfunction. Guests should have the right to request a room change if there is a clear problem—especially something essential like a malfunctioning toilet that can’t be properly fixed.

“Terbaik”

The hotel's service was truly exceptional, and I was blown away by the level of care and attention provided by the staff. Everything else was also perfect, and I had a fantastic time during my stay.
