The location was great, and the staff were very helpful; I had no issues at all.

I appreciated how peaceful the place stayed true to my request, it was very pretty, the room was cleaned daily, the staff were friendly and attentive, but the Wi‑Fi kept dropping and there was no TV.

Nothing positive to mention. I must praise the person who took the photos of the common rooms. The pool is blocked by a huge abandoned concrete building right in front, ruining the beach view and blocking the sound of waves; the wall blocks the sun from the pool at 4 p.m. Besides that, the accommodation sits next to the most famous nightclub in Puerto Escondido‑Zicatela. On Fridays and Saturdays techno music blares in every room until 7 a.m., which is awful. The staff seemed reluctant to work and were quite rude.

Overall, the place is pretty nice, but the building across the street is a downside.
