“Overall - I would come again probably wouldn't swim though.”

I loved the location and the hotel felt new in most areas; I had planned to sit in the bar area but never did because I was busy in the city, although it looked nice. There were no weird smells, it even smelled new! The bed linen was clean and super comfy, and the hotel was quiet with no screaming kids or barking dogs. I can’t get over how convenient the location was for everything, making this the best value option. The downside was that housekeeping didn’t come to clean the room or bring fresh towels. The pool was dirty; they should invest in an automatic cleaner instead of just a brush, because you can see algae at the bottom in one spot. The signs about diarrhea in the pool scared me and made me wonder what had happened before, so I left immediately.

“I prefer staying at Courtyard over staying on the Universal Grounds.”

This place is family‑friendly, but since I dislike eating out I cooked my own meals. For my next visit I’ll book a room with a kitchenette if possible. The refrigerator was super small and didn’t get as cold as it should have. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

The guestrooms, bathrooms and showers were all very good. VERY difficult time registering due to booking through a 3rd party. Manager had to hold my bags until I got back from dinner so they could call 3rd party () and approve my reservation and pricing. The Starbucks coffee and a muffin was very expensive. I had issues logging onto the WiFi in my guestroom

Everything was clean. I was supposed to pay 496 but was charged 536 without any explanation.
