The hotel is in a convenient spot, and the staff are welcoming and helpful. However, the bed sheets could be cleaner and the worn pillows should be replaced.

This is the best hotel with top‑class service and the most convenient spot in the main Lal Chowk market. The staff were very polite and the food was excellent. I highly recommend it—great value for money.
