The spot is great, but the room feels really cramped.

The crew were incredibly friendly. I’ve stayed there three separate times and each visit was wonderful, and on the few occasions I had to leave Punta Arenas the staff always let me store my luggage there for free.

The place is clean, but the bed was a single in a room without a window.
