The only thing that worked for us was the location, close to everything we needed. When my son arrived, the front area was dirty, the beds were unfinished, and there were even cockroaches. The kitchen was filthy and the laundry facilities were non‑existent. Luckily my wife and younger daughters didn’t see it, or they would have been scared to sleep there because of the roaches my eldest saw upon arrival. Otherwise we would have had to find a new place. The next day we woke up covered in insects. I requested a refund after seeing the photos and videos my son sent, but they said no refund would be given and that they would arrange another accommodation for us (I don’t know if that would be better or worse). Authorities should enforce stricter hygiene standards for places like this, as the lack of cleanliness is a public health risk.

“Host falso e arrogante. Struttura pessima”

I arrived to find the room key missing and the host lied, claiming the cleaning lady had it. He kept repeating this falsehood for six days until a locksmith finally installed a lock on room N.3. The host, based in England, seemed indifferent to guests and only interested in money. We were given a key for a single room but had to use keys from other rooms, luckily they were rarely used. Check‑in was an hour late and the shared bathroom was filthy. The only small bathroom was subpar, and the shower drain was broken, spraying water both ways. The overall quality of the accommodation was poor, and the host was both dishonest and arrogant. The tiny opening in room 3 measured just 30x40 cm, inadequate for proper ventilation. The reviews from other guests confirm these issues. I strongly advise against staying here.

“Asqueroso. Irresponsabilidad. Estafa”

The bathroom was disgusting, the service terrible, and the place was filthy. There were cockroaches in the room fridge, the bed smelled like urine, and the bathroom was so unpleasant we had to leave; we never slept there and had to find another place. We were never refunded, and they told us to file a complaint through Booking when it was their fault for not meeting the advertised conditions. The staff treatment was unsatisfactory, and when we requested a refund for the mess, we received no response.
