The staff were attentive and very polite, making us feel special in a special place, but the elevator location was inconvenient.

This hotel was perfect, offering a rare mix of luxury and beautiful design while staying warm, welcoming, and unpretentious; every staff member was genuinely kind, friendly, and extremely hospitable, never making anything feel like a hassle and making us feel at home; the bar cocktails were among the best we had on our trip; the communal areas were absolutely gorgeous—peaceful, full of character, and ideal for relaxing with a drink or a book; our room was lovely and the bed was honestly one of the most comfortable I've slept in; the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Old Town so everything was within easy walking distance, yet tucked away enough to stay wonderfully quiet at night; if you want boutique charm, exceptional service, and a genuinely relaxing atmosphere, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only downside was a few influencer‑type guests taking pictures, which slightly disrupted the calm of some communal spaces but not enough to change my recommendation.
