“An unbelievable hotel for the wrong reasons”

The coffee at reception was nice, but my wife and I had to be moved three times because the air‑conditioning failed. The first night was awful, the second night we got a new room but the shower didn’t work, and the third room was acceptable. Shockingly, there was no hot water at all—only a cold tap for washing hands. The rooms are tiny, lack wardrobes, and only have steel bars for hanging items; a kitchenette doesn’t let you wash pans. Breakfast was always cold and limited; for a one‑night stay this feels like a budget hostel with premium prices. Management only offered two packets of peanuts, two packs of jelly sweets, and two cans of soda with a card saying sorry—unbelievable. I cannot recommend this hotel and won’t stay here again.

The place was clean and comfortable, but the double bed was against the wall, so I had to climb over my partner to reach my side—my only complaint.

The facilities were great, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the location was decent. The staff were accommodating. However, we called at 11 am to have our room cleaned and sheets and towels changed, yet when we returned in the afternoon our room was still untouched. We had to call again to remind them. The AC didn’t cool well even when set to the lowest temperature. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
