The staff were really nice, the location was great, and the room and pool were lovely. The food was very basic and the hygiene rating was 4 out of 5; there were spiders everywhere.

It was beautiful, I loved it and the area, and the staff were more than helpful. The dinner was served cold, which was very disappointing, and there was no entertainment at all in the evening. A wedding and a birthday party were happening privately, and we felt left aside—or so we thought.
