They messaged me privately saying that because of the earthquake they couldn’t honor my reservation and sent me to an alternate hotel. The place they gave me felt like a club, with lazy people at the door, dirty rooms, and doors that wouldn’t close properly. I had to book another hotel on the spot, and the new one cost a lot more because it was last‑minute. I called them and they said they couldn’t control that, that they had already sent me elsewhere. It was a horrible place. The reservation managers’ handling seemed very unprofessional.

Everything was very clean and organized, and Daniela Geremias at reception was very attentive. The place is clean, well‑located for doing things in the center of Candelaria.

I was totally delighted with the receptionist who attended us, Alemaide Artigas—no real complaints. Everything was close, from museums to food spots or places to shop. The only recommendation is not to stay out late or arrive very late at the hotel, since it’s in the city center.
