The special location near a chapel, the architectural concept with lots of wood, the nice family room, and the extremely friendly staff made for a great stay, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hilltop spot overlooking Luzern, next to a beautiful baroque church, offered spacious, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast, and the owners were friendly; no negatives.

The location and staff are great, the surrounding nature is lovely, and the small, pleasant hotel on the mountain is a joy, especially the walk there, but the price is honestly quite high—sure you pay for the location, but it’s not cheap.
