The location is right in the center, and walking to the Big Church, Hoan Kiem Lake, and all the hot food spots takes only about a dozen minutes. The ground‑floor room is right next to the kitchen, so around 8‑9 am the staff cook breakfast for guests and the smell is strong; the room has a vent near the door, which lets the scent in more and makes guests feel a little uneasy because the room isn’t completely sealed.

Very pleasant and proactive staff. They gave me clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. Good breakfast with a variety of choices.

Nice building tucked into a little lane in central Hanoi. Good breakfast, clean room, and they let me leave my backpack in the hall for several hours. I couldn’t have asked for better in my first days in the city.

I couldn't like anything about the place; if you could send photos, you'd see how filthy it was. No one should stay here. The room and bathroom were shocking, the breakfast area was awful, and the hallway was a mess. Nobody should book through any platform; pictures can be sent if needed.

夜のスタッフさんも朝のスタッフさんもにこにこして温かく迎えてくれた。朝食の選択肢が8種類くらいあり、ベトナム式とアメリカ式それぞれで複数の選択肢があった。私はフランスパン、バナナ、野菜入り卵焼き、コーヒーのセットを選んだが、ボリュームたっぷりで美味しかった。部屋の中も清潔でシャンプーなども備え付けられていた。. コスパは十分によく、正直ベトナム１泊目だったら満点をつけていたと思う。ベトナムで既に８箇所目のホテルで、どこも素晴らしく、どうにも評価がインフレしてしまっているのでごめんなさい。 ・部屋にお水のボトルのサービスはなかった。 ・場所を簡単に見つけられたというレビューがあったが、その人は天才だと思う。それを信じてさぞ分かりやすいのだろうと思って歩いていると見つけられなかった。ただ全然分からないわけではなくて、マップに示される目的地近辺を少しうろうろしてたら見つかったので心配するほどではない。 ・ベランダがあるのは有難いのだが、隣の部屋と共有のベランダになっていて、迂闊に出られなかったり、ベランダ側の戸締りにも気を遣わないといけないというのはあった。
