There was no breakfast offered, and I was told there was a pool but it was empty. I didn’t get any cleaning unless I asked, which was disappointing. I’ll probably never return. The room also had ants and a strong odor.

The AC was great, the bathroom was tidy with plenty of towels, and the fridge and microwave worked. A table, chairs, and a comfy bed were there, and check‑in/check‑out was smooth with a door code. However, carpet still had hair, bugs were in the room, and a strong urine smell near the door persisted despite several air fresheners. Outside, cigarette smoke lingered. My standards are low, so it was tolerable.

The price was great, and the spot was solid—just a short walk to eateries and downtown Gatlinburg. Finding the office was a bit tricky, there’s no ice machine on the motel lot, and the carpet in the room could use a clean or a new one.
