2 members of the staff (Betty and Siska) spoke English, were amicable and gave good trip recommendations. No one else of the staff spoke English. They were not helpful and seemed to be either unaware of the area or not ready to help, even when asking with Google Translator. The room had plenty of long hairs around, and the restroom needed cleaning. The mirror may not have been cleaned since being installed and had toothpaste from every guest that stayed
