The pool water was at a good temperature, though it needs some maintenance. Staff, especially the evening receptionist Argeen, were helpful and welcoming. The room was quiet and the gym was well equipped. The lock on room 104’s door was hard to open and close. Breakfast was taken down at 8:50 instead of 9:00, and I’m not sure why it closes that early.

The room was huge and spotless, the facilities were great and the staff were friendly, and there was nothing else to complain about.

I liked the wide range of breakfast items and the variety of milk options, plus the beds were comfy. But we had to swap rooms because the toilet in the first one kept running, and the front desk said nobody could fix it right away.
