The location and staff were very friendly and helpful, but we had two rooms—one triple and one double—and requested a late checkout because my 83‑year‑old mother and I were staying late; the hotel allowed us to keep one room until 6:00 p.m. for an extra €100, which seemed high. We were first told a late checkout wasn’t possible because the hotel was fully booked, and only after we offered to pay did a room become available; clearer communication from the start would have been appreciated.

“Nice location near the center”

The hotel sits on two floors inside a multi‑storey building, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, the staff are friendly and efficient, and parking is available by reservation; the breakfast is excellent, varied, and offers hot and cold drinks throughout the day, and the location is a 10‑minute walk to Piazza della Repubblica.

“A conveniently located, very fairly priced and very agreeable hotel in the broad centre of Yerevan”

This was my second stay at Kantar Hotel. I like the location, it is in walking distance to all that is worth seeing in Yerevan. The price-quality ratio of the hotel is optimal. I think breakfast used to be better, but it is still good enough. Reaching the Reception upon arrival can be tricky, especially if the Security person is not around. The view from all of the rooms is not cheerful, but that is not the hotel's fault. I have been at 2 rooms and 1 apartment and in each of them the hose from the bath tap to the shower head were heavily leaking, It is a huge waste of water, but also the water pressure in the shower head gets quite weak. For precision - room 34 and apartment 44 were the latest
