We had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay at 11:11 by Potnia and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The accommodation is in a perfect location in Akrotiri, surrounded by lovely local tavernas and offering beautiful, clear views of the Caldera. It is also within walking distance of the Akrotiri Lighthouse, which is a fantastic spot to visit, particularly around sunset. Our accommodation was very spacious and comfortable for two people, with a large private outdoor area that made the stay feel even more special. Both the accommodation and the outdoor areas were always kept spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained throughout our entire stay. The cleaning service was excellent, and the breakfasts were absolutely lovely every morning. A very special thank you to Giorgia , Claudia, Ivan and kitchen lady Mimoza who genuinely went above and beyond to provide the best possible customer service. What really stood out was how authentic, warm and friendly they were. Nothing ever felt forced – they genuinely cared about making sure we were happy and comfortable, and they made our two-week stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Beautiful surroundings, excellent accommodation, fantastic service and, most importantly, an amazing team of people. We would highly recommend 11:11 by Potnia and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our Santorini holiday so special! 🇬🇷❤️

Comfort, calm, tranquility, friendly and available staff. The distance to the big towns (Oia and Fira) is a drawback.

We’ve been here for the third time and each visit is dreamy: absolute peace, stunning view, 100 % privacy – it can’t get better. There’s nothing to note.
