I didn’t get breakfast, but otherwise everything was fine.

I could book on short notice and the staff were excellent, though there was no elevator; they kindly carried my luggage upstairs for me because I had a baby.

Location is fine. Only one chair in the room; when I asked for another, the staff never came. The beds weren't the best.
