Chawani Bungalow sits in a peaceful spot, as long as you don’t mind the rough road to get there; the rooms are spacious and comfy, the verandah is lovely, and while there’s no view from the room, the garden is beautiful and you can see the scenery on a walk.

The staff were friendly, the tea plantation tour was enjoyable, and the tea tasting and factory visit were great.

The accommodation was incredibly unique and the property stunning; walking through the surrounding tea plantation offered amazing nature walks and a cool tea tasting and factory tour. The manor was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in, and we had the whole place to ourselves!
