LOVELY & CHIC Rooms nei Sassi

The apartment was very clean and very well located just steps from the sassis. Our host was very helpful. A little noisy because it’s on the ground floor in a busy street. But maybe that was exceptional since we only stayed one night.

The hotel sits in the historic center, close to lively streets, though the address you find on maps when you type the name isn’t the same as the actual location—double‑check the exact address or you’ll end up wandering the alleys like I did. The room was beautifully decorated, typical of the stone architecture, with a unique feature of a transparent underground view lit up. It was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The only downside was that there was no window opening to the outside, except for the entrance door, so you’ll need to be sure you’ve got the right address on Google Maps.

“pokój ładny, ale przez brak klimatyzacji pobyt tam okazał się koszmarem”

Mam wielki problem z wystawieniem oceny tego zakwaterowania, ponieważ w normalnych warunkach pokój zasługiwałby na 10 (był czysty z wszystkimi opisanymi udogodnieniami). Klimatyzacja nie działała już od ponad 10 dni przed naszym przyjazdem (co wynika z komentarzy na Booking), a gospodarz zachowywał się tak, jakby ta usterka była nowa. Szkoda, że nie poinformował nas przed przyjazdem, bo na pewno anulowałabym rezerwację, wiedząc że temperatury na zewnątrz to ponad 30 stopni (w pokoju też było 30 stopni, bo taką temperaturę pokazywał klimatyzator przy próbie włączenia). W pokoju nie ma okien, więc nie dało się nawet wpuścić trochę świeżego powietrza. Gospodarz zapewnił wentylator, ale ten był strasznie głośny i nie dało się przy nim spać w nocy, więc dwie noce spędziłyśmy w saunie :( W ramach rekompensaty gospodarz obiecał nam butelkę prosecco, której nigdy nie doniósł ;)
