The staff were all attentive and friendly, but the breakfast lacked variety—only bananas were offered, though the room rate still made the stay worthwhile.

This hotel offers simple amenities yet a pleasant vibe; the staff were patient and kind, especially helpful for someone with limited Spanish, and the room was clean and comfortable. Its location is ideal—within walking distance to the Witch's Market, a supermarket, restaurants, ATMs, and the old Centro Historico, plus a short stroll to the bus terminal and the cable car station, all at a very reasonable price. I would definitely return.

The hotel is near the city center and the bus terminal. The room is small and cold, and there’s no way to heat it with a portable device.

Good central location. Decent breakfast served from 0730-0900. Secure luggage storage. Kind staff. Cold room (luckily had an extra bed for more blankets), only one towel provided (2 adults)- but did give a second on request. Poor Wi-Fi signal. Odd smell from bathroom. Windows without curtains- very light early!

The first thing that bothers me is that they don’t accept card payments. If they work with a platform like Booking they should be up to standard. They try every way to make you pay in cash, and if it’s in dollars it’s better. Tourists shouldn’t be treated like this.
