The room was cute and welcoming, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is very nice and new. Parking is available in the private lot. We were less impressed by the poor soundproofing of the room we had and the mostly pre‑packed breakfast.

The area is peaceful, parking is available on site, the room is spacious, and it’s just a few minutes from Modena.

“Einfach aber gemütlich”

The key hand‑over was perfect. The room and bathroom were clean and in order. There are parking spaces in front of the building. Breakfast with other guests in the kitchen felt like a shared flat experience. The location is good; you could walk to Rubiera into the old town. For the low price and good location everything was fine.

Very friendly, nice contact, even though we arrived early, the kind aunt of the host came to the accommodation for check‑in and explained everything to us in Italian (and interpreted what we didn’t understand). We had a very pleasant night, it seemed as if we were the only guests, even though there were cars parked in the courtyard. In the clean room (adequate size) there was a double bed and TV, as well as air‑conditioning, a large wardrobe and a desk with a mirror (with sweets ready). The equally clean bathroom had everything you could expect (6 towels, sink, shower, heated towel rack, toilet, soap, shampoo, shower gel.). In the communal kitchen, which also serves as a breakfast room, everything was already prepared; we could also store our things in the fridge. For breakfast there was plenty, from muesli to rolls and cookies to yogurt; orange juice, milk and an automatic coffee machine were available. We had a really great stay and would gladly come back. One should mention that the accommodation is a bit outside. Since we were traveling by car anyway, that was ideal for us.
