“Tudo ok!”
The team was excellent and the room was tidy, spacious, and comfortable, though the location could have been better.

I didn’t attend the event, but the location and tranquility were good, and the bathroom and bed were very nice; the only downside was the lack of a large towel and a cup.

The dinner dishes were good and the service was fine, but the balcony door didn’t close properly, I had very cold days in Barueri and the cold outside seeped into the room, the room’s air conditioner didn’t have a heating function, and the shower took too long to reach hot water.

The breakfast had plenty of good‑quality choices, but I had to park my car on the street.
