“Booking not honoured”

I didn’t get to stay because I received no access details. I chose a rating of 1, which is the lowest I could pick, but obviously zero would be more appropriate. The property is listed on the Parkdean site but isn’t run by Parkdean Holidays, so I didn’t get to stay and had to book another place. No response from the owner and the phone number doesn’t work, so I was charged for a stay I never received.

I could get into the caravan but had to book somewhere else that cost more money. Everything else was a problem.

Nothing, the stay was a scam. I didn’t get to stay; the place I booked was a scam and the reception staff were unhelpful.

“Mistreatment”

They allowed us to book and pay before informing us they are not actually available. It took a week to get the refund which meant at such short notice I couldnt afford to book anywhere else during the easter holidays. Even after informing us the caravan was unavailable it continued to show as available I think it's the resorts responsibility to inform they aren't available and to remove themselves from being able to be booked. In summer, it would be nice for a break. In November, it was really cold, there were no heating instructions, the toilet smelled strongly like nicotine, and other people’s food was in the cupboards and fridge.
