The apartments are spacious, the facilities are clean, the Wi‑Fi is strong, the staff are courteous and never delay in fulfilling requests, and the hotel manager, Mr Nabil, meets all our needs; we are satisfied with the service overall. The hotel, in general, had no shortcomings for us, and we wish them continued progress and prosperity.
The pillows are uncomfortable.
The breakfast is bad; the selections are not varied and lack flavor. The room was assigned to a suite with a shared door, which is annoying due to calls and car parking.
“i'will return”
The location is great and the room is very large. The rumor about the air conditioning is a downside.
The location is honestly nice and close to everything, cleanliness is good, and the response to requests is fast; the suite is very spacious. Nothing else.
